Accessibility statement

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, in every language the site offers.

The site partially meets WCAG 2.2 AA. Pages work with a keyboard, respect your reduced motion setting and keep text contrast at 4.5:1 or more in light and dark mode. The exceptions are listed below.

• The starry background and the orbit of technology logos on the About page move continuously and have no pause button. They stop when you turn on reduced motion in your system settings.
• Some content from our CMS, such as blog posts and project descriptions, is not yet available in Slovak, Ukrainian and Russian. It appears in English and is marked as English for screen readers.
• The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam. It runs in a frame we don't control, so its accessibility depends on Cloudflare. If it blocks you, email us instead.

We reviewed the site ourselves in October 2026, with automated checks (axe) on every page in every language and a manual keyboard pass.

If something doesn't work for you, write to hello@aerixity.com with the page and what happened. We reply within five business days and, in the meantime, send you the content in a form that works for you.

As a microenterprise that sells nothing through this website, we are outside the scope of the European Accessibility Act (Slovak Act No. 351/2022 Coll.). We publish this statement voluntarily.
