Privacy policy

Aerixity is the trading name of Dmytro Bobryshev, a sole trader registered in Slovakia (IČO 55150195). He is the controller of the personal data processed through this website.

When you use the project inquiry form, you send:

• your name
• your email address
• your company, if you add it
• what you need help with, your budget range and timeline, if you choose them
• your message
• an attached brief, if you add one
• your confirmation that you have read this policy

We use this only to answer your inquiry, understand the project and continue the conversation. It is not added to a newsletter or a marketing list. Please don't attach passwords, health or financial data, or anything confidential the inquiry doesn't need.

Like any website, aerixity.com receives technical data with every request. Depending on the feature, this includes:

• server and request logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address, browser and the page requested
• IP address and browser signals used to rate-limit the contact form and to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it
• error reports when something breaks: the page, browser, operating system and a technical trace of the error, without your IP address or form content
• with your consent only: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device, and a random identifier stored in your browser

• Answering your inquiry and preparing an offer – steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Keeping the site and the form secure, and fixing errors – our legitimate interest in a working, abuse-free website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Understanding how the site is used – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.
• Keeping business records – where an inquiry leads to a contract, our legal obligations for accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We use a small set of providers. Each receives only what its job needs:

• Vercel – hosts the website, keeps request logs and rate-limits the contact form.
• Plunk – delivers the emails generated by the contact form, including any attachment.
• Cloudflare Turnstile – checks that the contact form is sent by a person.
• Sentry (EU data region) – receives error reports so we can find and fix problems. It is configured not to collect cookies, headers, form content or IP addresses.
• PostHog (EU cloud) – product analytics, loaded only after you allow measurement.
• Sanity – stores the website content. Some images load straight from Sanity's CDN, which then sees your IP address. Sanity never receives your form data.

Fonts are served from aerixity.com itself, so no font provider sees your visit.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the provider offers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

• Inquiries and the emails that follow are kept for as long as the conversation needs. If it doesn't lead to a contract, we delete them on request.
• Where an inquiry becomes a contract, related records are kept for the periods required by Slovak accounting and tax law.
• Logs, error reports and analytics are kept only as long as the provider's retention settings allow, then deleted.

We do not use advertising cookies. The cookie policy lists every cookie and storage key the site uses, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

• confirm whether we process your data and give you a copy
• correct data that is wrong
• delete your data
• restrict how we use it
• stop processing based on our legitimate interest
• send the data you gave us in a portable format
• respect the withdrawal of your consent, without affecting what was done before

Write to hello@aerixity.com. We answer within one month. You can also complain to a supervisory authority. In Slovakia that is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.

We make no decisions about you by automated means, and we do not build profiles that have legal or similarly significant effects.

When the site or its providers change, we update this page and the date at the top.
